Marketing & Content Junior Executive

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage relevant marketing strategies in line with the property’s brand image and ensure they are implemented within an appropriate timeframe.
  • Creating a social media communication strategy by developing, executing, and maintaining a results-driven social media strategy on all platforms
  • Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency, Support and teamwork with others for other assigned projects that belong within the group
  • Identify opportunities for content promotion and content partnerships with various publishers, influencers, and blogs online
  • Research and recommend new digital content and platforms based on trends
  • Create best standard practices for social media community engagement
  • Support and teamwork with others for other assigned projects belong within the group.
  • Responsibilities are not limited multi-tasker and supporting other colleagues and departments within the company division.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant experience in marketing or content creation is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and adaptable to multitasking.

  • Salary Review & Project Compensation:
    – Salary review after 6 months, based on performance and contribution.
    – Additional project-based compensation may apply for strategic initiatives or special assignments.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Insurance- Health insurance is provided after 6 months of continuous employment, subject to a 3–5 year contract commitment.
  • Confidentiality: – All employees at House of Première (HOP) / VFA are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before, during, and after employment.
