ROLE OVERVIEW
The role supports the translation of creative direction into structured design and product outcomes, ensuring consistency between concept, development, and final execution.
Working closely with the Creative Director, this position requires the ability to operate across design, sampling, and product development, maintaining alignment with the brand’s creative standards while ensuring technical accuracy and production feasibility.
The role demands discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-team workflows, contributing to the delivery of collections that are coherent, refined, and aligned with the brand’s identity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
DESIGN & CREATIVE EXECUTION
- Support the Creative Director in translating the brand’s vision, DNA, and collection concepts into executable design outcomes within the House of Première.
- Assist in developing design sketches, technical drawings, construction details, and mood boards aligned with seasonal direction and approved creative frameworks.
- Research materials, silhouettes, craftsmanship techniques, and cultural references relevant to each collection phase.
- Ensure all design outputs remain fully aligned with approved creative direction, without deviation or reinterpretation.
SAMPLING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Capable create and designing pattern-making, sample room, and production teams to develop prototypes and samples in line with design intent.
- Assist during fitting sessions, document feedback, and coordinate design refinements under the direction of the Creative Director.
- Prepare, update, and maintain tech packs in coordination with junior assistants, including measurements, construction notes, and material specifications.
- Track sample development timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, technical accuracy, and production schedules.
- Support fabric and material evaluation, drape, durability, performance, and suitability working in coordination with the supply chain team.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
- Support creative content needs such as lookbooks, presentations, fittings, and internal reviews.
- Assist in preparing materials for shows, presentations, or client previews when required.
- Follow established workflows, approvals, and timelines under the direction of the Creative Director.
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned to ensure smooth studio operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in fashion design or assistant fashion design, preferably within high-quality ready-to-wear environments.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern development, fittings, and material behavior.
- Ability to translate creative direction into clear, executable design outputs
- Hands-on experience working with sample rooms, pattern makers, and production teams.
- Solid knowledge of fabrics, trims, craftsmanship techniques, and quality standards suitable for premium products.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and respect for production and sampling processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Ability to work effectively within a structured creative hierarchy, receiving and executing feedback precisely under a high-pressure, competitive environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
- Professional working attitude: disciplined, reliable, and committed to long-term growth, willingness to adapt, learn, and develop under the direction of the Creative Director and House of Première management.
- Bonus Proficient in design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; CLO/3D tools are an advantage).
Company Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable based on interview performance and professional capability. Final compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement.
- Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Confidentiality:
