ROLE OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer leads the development and execution of visual communication across all brand touchpoints. The role requires strong creative judgment, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate strategy into clear, high-quality design outputs.
Beyond execution, the Senior Graphic Designer is expected to contribute to concept development, visual direction, and design systems, and to support and guide junior team members to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead visual concepts and Key Visual (KV) for integrated marketing and brand campaigns.
- Design and execute visual assets across multiple platforms, including social media, digital advertising, websites, OOH, and POSM materials.
- Design UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and digital activations, including wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
- Ensure visual outputs are creative, consistent, and aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, media, development, and strategy teams to deliver designs aligned with briefs and project timelines.
- Participate in concept development and creative presentations when required.
- Review and guide junior designers to maintain design quality and consistency.
VIDEO & MOTION
- Edit and produce video content for digital platforms, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Create short-form videos, motion graphics, and visual storytelling assets.
- Work with production teams to ensure visuals and motion align with campaign concepts.
AI & DIGITAL TOOLS
- Apply Generative AI tools in creative processes, including ideation, moodboard creation, mockups, and visual exploration.
- Utilize emerging AI and digital design tools to enhance creative workflow and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in a business, executive support, or operational role is preferred.
4–6 years of experience in graphic design within a creative agency, digital creative environment, or brand design team. - Strong conceptual thinking and understanding of brand strategy and visual storytelling.
- Experience leading or contributing to visual development for integrated campaigns.
- Experience in UX/UI design for websites, landing pages, or digital platforms.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in the following tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Figma or equivalent UX/UI design tools
- Frame.io or collaborative review platforms
- Generative AI tools for design and visual development (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, or equivalent)
PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT
Applicants must submit a portfolio (PDF or link to Behance, Dribbble, or personal website). The portfolio should demonstrate:
- Campaign work, including Key Visuals and multi-platform executions
- UI/UX projects such as websites, landing pages, or digital interfaces
- Video or motion design work
- Examples of AI-assisted design or generative visual experimentation (if applicable)
- Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Company Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable based on interview performance and professional capability. Final compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
