ROLE OVERVIEW

The Education Consultant is responsible for advising, guiding, and supporting learners in selecting and navigating educational programs, ensuring alignment, effectiveness, and a high-quality learning experience. This role requires strong experience, the ability to provide in-depth consultation, and a solid understanding of education systems, academic programs, and individual development pathways.

Responsibilities 

  • Provide consultation on suitable programs based on students’ goals and development direction.
  • Monitor and support the learning journey to ensure student satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement academic programs and learning activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and education partners.
  • Handle and resolve issues arising during the consultation and learning process.
  • Stay updated on program offerings, education market trends, and industry developments.
  • Contribute to improving consultation processes and academic operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in education consulting, training, or academic development.
  • Strong understanding of education systems, academic programs, and career pathways.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Company Benefits

  • Salary: Negotiable based on interview performance and professional capability. Final compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement.
  • Working Hours:
    Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
