Role Overview
The Client Advisory role is responsible for delivering a refined, personalized client experience across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards of service, discretion, and product excellence. This position goes beyond traditional customer service, focusing on client relationship development, product knowledge, and tailored advisory, contributing directly to brand perception and long-term client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth understanding and consultation on high-fashion products, materials, and styling.
- Guide clients through product selection, ensuring a personalized and elevated shopping experience.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients across digital platforms and in-store interactions.
- Build and develop long-term client relationships, understanding individual preferences and profiles.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
- Monitor and update order status, production timelines, and delivery coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
- Track service performance, client feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (retail, production, operations) to ensure service consistency and execution quality.
- Support related departments in order tracking, documentation, and basic account reconciliation when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in client service, retail, or customer advisory, preferably within fashion, luxury, or premium service environments.
- Background in business, marketing, fashion, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor. High level of attention to detail, organization, and service mindset.
- Ability to handle high-expectation clients and dynamic situations with composure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital tools.
- Experience in luxury fashion, bespoke service, or high-end retail is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining independent accountability.

- Salary: Negotiable based on interview performance and professional capability. Final compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
