ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing Executive is responsible for leading the execution of brand and marketing activities, ensuring alignment between brand positioning, communication strategy, and market presence. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and disciplined execution, with the ability to translate brand direction into clear, consistent, and high-quality marketing outputs across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of marketing and communication initiatives aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee content direction and social media strategy, ensuring consistency in tone, message, and visual identity.
  • Coordinate with content, creative, and external partners to ensure high-quality and consistent brand communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, audience engagement, and channel effectiveness.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, media opportunities, and content collaborations.
  • Conduct market and trend analysis to inform brand direction and communication strategy.
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with internal teams (retail, product, operations) to ensure alignment between marketing, product, and customer experience.
  • Support and contribute to campaign planning, brand development, and long-term marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communication, preferably within fashion, luxury, or premium industries.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and integrated marketing strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Ability to work independently and operate within a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or cross-functional departments.
  • High level of responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail.

Company Benefits

  • Salary: Negotiable based on interview performance and professional capability. Final compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement.
  • Working Hours:
    Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
