ROLE OVERVIEW
Support the daily operation of the brand’s E-Commerce platform, ensuring accurate product management, efficient order processing, and a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery
Responsibilities
WEBSITE & PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
- Upload and update product listings on the website.
- Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, sizing, and inventory status.
- Maintain website content consistency in line with brand standards.
- Monitor website functionality and report technical issues promptly.
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
- Process online orders accurately and promptly, monitor order status, and update customers when necessary.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure proper packing and on-time delivery.
- Handle order adjustments, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
CRM & CUSTOMER DATA MANAGEMENT
- Maintain and update the customer database within the CRM system, Track customer purchase history, and basic engagement data.
- Support customer communication related to order confirmation, shipping updates, and after-sales follow-up.
- Assist in generating basic reports on sales performance and customer activity.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in E-Commerce operations, website administration, order management, or CRM-related roles.
- Familiarity with website backend platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or equivalent CMS).
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer data management. Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in order processing and inventory tracking.
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously. Comfortable coordinating with warehouse, sales, and production teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
Company Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable based on interview performance and professional capability. Final compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Confidentiality:
