ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Admin & Human Resources position is responsible for overseeing the organization’s administrative and human resource systems, ensuring operational discipline, compliance, and structural stability across the company. This role serves as a central function in establishing internal governance, implementing operational processes, and supporting leadership in developing a capable and well-structured workforce aligned with the organization’s long-term direction.
Responsibilities
1. Administration & Internal Operations Management
- Establish, implement, and oversee internal administrative systems and office operations.
- Develop and improve internal procedures to ensure operational efficiency, discipline, and consistency across the organization.
- Manage internal documentation systems, contracts, legal records, and administrative archives.
- Coordinate and supervise office administration, facilities management, and internal operational logistics.
2. Human Resource Management & Organizational Structure
- Manage employee records, employment contracts, and related HR documentation.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of HR policies, internal regulations, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure proper workforce allocation according to operational needs.
- Support the development and maintenance of a stable, disciplined, and professional workforce structure.
3. Recruitment & Team Development
- Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with the organization’s development strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and evaluation.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and integration of new employees.
- Monitor employee performance evaluations and assist in workforce development initiatives.
4. Compliance & Process Control
- Ensure administrative and HR activities comply with labor regulations and internal governance standards.
- Monitor updates in labor policies and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain internal control systems for HR and administrative processes.
5. Executive & Cross-Department Coordination
- Act as the coordination point for administrative and HR-related matters across departments.
- Support management in organizational, staffing, and operational decisions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of governance systems to enhance overall operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in Administration, Human Resources, or related operational management roles.
- Proven experience managing administrative and HR systems within a structured corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of labor law, HR procedures, employee documentation, and contract management.
- Experience in developing and optimizing internal governance and operational processes.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly responsible working attitude.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and administrative management tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and professional information-handling abilities with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Company Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable based on interview performance and professional capability. Final compensation will be determined upon mutual agreement.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Confidentiality:
